Love, love the style, and the fact that this "Holiday" version had black heels instead of the wood ones on the regular model. Unfortunately this was very tight across the instep, so I had to send them back. True to size in the length, though.solid construction / you can tell that these would be really warm as the sole is so thick. Cute, casual; just didn't need to order 1/2 size up. The insoles do come out, so you could easily put in orthotics. Had to return.Anosiutely an amazeing good looking shoe but more importantly extremely comfortable Iam an hairstylist and I'm on my feet all day and I'm picky about my shoes they have to be comfortable I only invest in high quality shoes but also like a fashionable style LOVE THEMSuch a beautiful boot! Runs very narrow. Just a bit too tight. Hated sending them back, but had to for that hefty price tag when they weren't perfect for me.
