I really love these boots. They are cute, warm, and lightweight. I am a size 7, ordered a size 7 and they fit fine. I have wideish feet and these are just at the point where if they were any narrower I would return them. There is not enough arch support for me , I bought an insert so it works fine. They are well made. These are super cute boots. But as others have mentioned in reviews, definitely need to size up. I'm usually a size 9 in athletic shoes or any shoes requiring socks be worn. Size 9.5 was very snug in width (normal width feet here) and short in length with my big toe right up to the inside edge. Size 10 definitely is roomier with enough space to wear thin-thick socks. BUT they look HUGE on my feet when looking in the mirror. It's amplified by the fact that I ordered the white boots (but they're sharp looking!), and also because I'm only 5'4" tall. If I were 5 or 6 inches taller, then these size 10 white boots would look in proportion to my height. Sadly, I'm returning them. Going down to size 9.5 is just too snug and would probably still look huge on my feet for the white boots. The quality of construction and styling appears very good. For the record, I have very narrow feet. I wear a size 10 but it is a challenge to find them narrow enough. I have never, ever worn an 11 because they are always too wide by then. I wavered on whether to get the 10 or ultra rare 10.5. Given the reviews mostly said they run small, I went with the 10.5. They were barely long enough. I might have kept them because they were ever so slightly tight in the toe (I would have been hopeful for a bit of stretch)...however, they were too narrow in the heel. I don't think I have ever had a shoe feel like that. I might have gotten used to them but they were too expensive for Meh so I returned them. Light weight, warm, and felt well made. But I will caution, if you are between sizes go UP and maybe even go up 2 sizes. Also, if you have never had to buy a narrow shoe in your life - these will not be for you.Ugh… I listened to other reviews and sized up .. and this was not accurate!! I then went in circles with getting a pair the right size but finally did. They are true to size BUT… the toes especially on the outside of the foot is a little narrow. Also the fluffiness inside can make them feel kind of small and tight at first. However after breaking them in they are true to size and fit very nice.If you are wearing them anywhere for hiking or on hills, test them by standing in them on a steep slope and see if your feet slide inside them. Like I said the fluffiness can be deceiving and this is how to determine if they are the right size.I took these hiking climbing steep mountainsides in Sedona and the grip is excellent! For the first time I was helping other people up and down and I felt very secure and steady while doing so. I was able to do a climb that I previously could not do safely in my regular sneakers.I love the look of these boots and that they are more stylish than most winter snow boots, however they run very small and do not keep my feet warm in the snow. They work fine if its just cold outside but even in light or moderate snow my feet start to freeze. I'm normally a size 5.5 or 6 depending on the brand and as these were my first pair of sorel boots I was not sure which size to order so I went with a 6, and probably should have gotten a 6.5. I was disappointed because I spent about $100 on these boots and while they are cute they're not as functional as I'd like. Definitely size up!!I love these Sorels. For years I depended on my style from the 70's but they are heavy and clunky, meant for constant arctic weather. These are fabulous. I've been using them for 2 months in snow and the coldest of our temps so far - minus ten degrees. My feet have never even remotely felt the cold, and they are most definitely waterproof as I walk in snow repeatedly with dry & cozy feet. I live in the Midwest and yes climate change has eased our winters, but I purchased these for walking and they have proven themselves. Initially I ordered my usual size -7 but had to return for a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I love these boots - they enable me to keep up my walking routine during cold winter months.I love these boots! They keep your feet dry and warm and look cute doing it. Super easy to put on and off. That being said they are super narrow and I have very narrow feet. At first was going to return because they were so tight but they do stretch out after being worn. If I wear my wool socks (not that thick) they do feel a bit too tight for comfort but honestly you don’t even need thick socks. I’d go up a size if you have average to wide feet. These are awesome. Sorrel you never disappoint. Here you have created something unique the sneaker :winter /shoe/boot. It's comfortable and sort if fashionable and the warmest sneaker I have ever owned. However this shoe is not fit hiking I slipped a bit during our hike in the light snow yesterday. I will save these for dry cold winter walks.UP DATE: I sadly had to return the boots as they were ok fo sitting down in and not too bad on a short walk, but on my first longer walk (actually using them to walk the dogs) the rigid black plastic at the heel really bruised my ankles. aAs so many reviews say, the sizing is really off. I am a UK 7. The 7 in these boots was like a 6-6.5 whereas the 7.5 is a very generous 7.5. There does not seem to be a size 7 equivalent, so double socks or another inner sole will help with fitting as my feet are sliding about a bit.Really nice, ultra light warm boots, but def not worth the full price and not great for actually walking in for more than a few minutes. Was excited to receive these boots, however they were too small when ordered in my usual size, so order half or a full size up and especially if you're going to wear winter socks with them (as they are sold as a snow boot) They don't have a fleecy or fluffy inner which I though they might have but cant say if they were a warm boot as I returned straight away once I found they were too small. Overall I liked the boots but perhaps wouldn't describe it as a snow boot......Was anxious that I'd only ordered a half size bigger, based on all the reviews of these being very small, however I was hugely relieved to find they are pretty much a perfect fit. I've found that I don't need multiple layers of socks on to keep my feet warm as the boots do that job, so just wearing one thin or thick pair of socks is perfect. They seem pretty waterproof and warm so far! Love them.Perfect combination of sneakers and boots. They’re very warm, soft, flexible and easy to clean. Also good grip on slippery surfaces.Well made, lovely boots but really, really narrow. I have relatively wide feet but they still didn’t fit when I went up two sizes! Had to pay for recorded delivery to get a refund.
