The fit was larger then expected i mistakenly ordered up 4 sizes larger vs 2 for room for my bust 44 H Im very busty 90% clothes i wear size 24/26. This dress was a 1 of 4 i got for options to wear at my sons 3 day wedding weekend events. It was pretty dress flattering when seamstress pinned it to show me how it would look taken in, The seamstress said dress was not bad quality minus the sequins where cheap not even sewn on basically used a glue or adhesive. The silver sparkles fell off if the dress was touch moved in amy manner, She suggested i order return for smaller size if like or she could alter and put different quality sparkles, The sparkles on this dress are the quality of preschool art supply sparkles. It took 21 days to receive from a warehouse that was 2 hours from my home. I never was able to speak to anyone on the phone, The emails i sent to contact the seller Romans were met every 2 days with a auto response of please contact us again in 48 for update. I had amazon get involved and their customer service department met with many same frustrations. I was Instructed by Amazon how to return and sellers return is not an easy process. nor the the refund process. Amazon stated would update their amazon info for the seller Romans due to issues of contact and customer service, i wore dress around house for 20 minutes i had to get hand held vac sweep up sequins it filled a small 2oz cup, I was beyond frustrated with lack of customer support and decided the hassles /stresses to accept loss of money . I kept the dress had seamstress alter do sequin work. The altered dress with new sequins was eventually worn for a change up after the wedding ceremony, family pics, cocktail hour, dinner. ( At my new daughter in laws suggestion) It was a dress perfect for time to party, dance ,evening dress and after party till 4a. It was comfortable flattering I received many compliments. Overall if dress sequins were put on securely i feel it would helps to not be concerned with sequins trail mess and people thinking dress is poor quality. The dress looked great on me by my opinion and others. The seamstress was one who elevated the look by fixing the flaw in the dress. I dont know i will ever buy again from Romans or its parent companies. I also bought 2 pair of shoes from romans same style same size however 2 different colors. The shoes had a great difference in TRUE size 1 was comfortable with bit extra rom the other exact same shoe size just different color was so tight smaller it cut into the top of my foot causing pain and bruising. My daughter also surprised me with several items she got online from here in the past. They were shirts pants great fit was happy with gifts. I felt confident using Romans but the dress definitely disappointing with poor quality of sparkles? If it doesnt bother you to have sparkles drop and fall everywhere you may be okay with this dress. Be ware shoes issues too. Its up to all to make choice works for their needs, i am not trying to be harsh and critical but give proper feedback as a consumer to others and to company who can make effort to improve the merchandise for best quality and customer satisfaction. Good luckThis is a beautiful dress. I’m going to wear it to my daughter’s wedding. It does shed sequins but it will be an outdoor wedding so I’m ok with that. It looks beautiful on, is flattering and fits nicely.The sequence is constantly falling off with each move that you make.Love itWore to a wedding. The color is beautiful and the sparkle is such a classy elegant addition. She doesn't need alterations which is awesome and gives her confidence as she had a double mastectomy and this hides her "imperfections" as she calls them.Beautiful dress and as a plus size women it was very forgiving.
